This weekly downtown favorite features 20 local food trucks, chosen by a committee, on a rotating schedule of 10 at a time from early June through late August. Trucks and tables fill the lawn at the Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum, making this regular lunch fest a social event for downtowners.

Bowl in the City: An Asian fusion menu featuring lumpia, rice bowls, lo mein, bulgogi and more. The truck won first place in the 719 Battle of the Food Trucks 2024.

Colorado Campfire Coffee: Your local caffeine fix from a veteran owned business.

Chef Bob’s Lobstah Trap: Freshly made lobster dishes, New England clam chowder and mac ‘n’ cheese. “The only place to go for lobster in the Springs. It’s flown in from Maine and Nova Scotia, so you know it’s legit,” says Dani Wolfe, creator of @aboutthesprings. “And their mac ‘n’ cheese is the best, even without lobster.”

Conrad’s Flava Fusion: Authentic Jamaican food and a taste of island flavors.

Cowgirl Kettle Corn & Lemonade: A variety of sweet and savory kettle corn flavors, plus fresh-squeezed lemonade.

Creole Roots: Authentic Creole food serving up a taste of New Orleans.

Crepes N Go: Savory and sweet crepes that are both traditional and inventive. “Crepes-N-Go is a standby in my list of go-to food trucks for events in Colorado Springs,” says Lauren Ripko of Studio Q Events. “With sweet and savory options, they are always a crowd pleaser and are wonderful to work with.”

Cubaneate: Craft Cuban plates, sandwiches and sides, with staples like the Cubano, pollo a la plancha, yucca and maduros (fried sweet plantains).

The Cupcake Doctor: Military family-owned, serving up gourmet cupcakes across the Springs’ sprawl. “I absolutely love the unique and delicious flavors the Cupcake Doctor offers, from lemon lavender to carrot cake to Mexican hot chocolate,” says Jennifer De Lima.

Fiesta Grill: A party on the go, with fresh, authentic Mexican food.

Firebird Chicken Sandwiches: Cluck, cluck, here comes the truck mixing Asian and Southern flavors.

Flighty Fowl: Your chicken fix in the Springs serving wings, sandwiches and sides.

For the Love of Frybread: Sweet and savory frybread selections, including Navajo Taco Frybread, along with various sides.

Lumpia House: They’re not just eggrolls — it’s a variety of lumpia, Filipino spring rolls.

Mateo’s: Cheesesteak, sammies and fries. Their specialty is the Green Chili Cheesesteak.

The Meltdown: Ice cream and cool treats.

Miggy’s Meltdown: Gourmet grilled cheese sammies and more like cheese poppers and cheesesteak.

Mondal’s: American comfort food like burgers, pulled pork and fries.

Monsters Mini Donuts: Flavors ranging from French toast to Bavarian cream.

The Original Dr. Taco: A variety of Mexican favorites and Mexican American fusion dishes, including tacos, burritos, quesadillas and burgers.

Papa Bear’z Grill: American favorites, including burgers, dogs, sausages and Frito pie.

RJ Foodies: The menu features authentic Filipino and Asian cuisine. “RJ Foodies is one of the best values at a food truck, and it’s really good!” says Misty Slater, a data dissemination specialist. “When I’m walking up to the truck, I get a little anxious hoping it’s not sold out.”

Rocco’s Italian: “Rocco’s Italian is delicious, with surprising choices you wouldn’t expect from a food truck,” says Jennifer De Lima, property manager. “The calamari, fried ravioli and subs always hit the spot.”

Roc and Ro Sushi on the Go:A variety of traditional and deep-fried sushi rolls and appetizers. “Roc & Ro has an amazing variety, and the sushi rolls never disappoint,” says Courtney Hadl, youth market director with the American Heart Association.

Sapo Guapo Tacos: Family-owned and operated trendy taco truck with loaded nachos, taco salads and the O.G. Taco Burger. “I love Sapo Guapo Tacos!” says Shanah Zishka, a self-proclaimed ranch dressing connoisseur. “Their taco salad is amazing, and the salsa verde they serve with it is out of this world.”

Scratch Mobile Kitchen: A husband-and-wife duo serves comfort food, such as a three-cheese grilled cheese, pork belly queso fries and more. “The carne asada fries from Scratch Mobile Kitchen are really great!” says Chelsea Charton, an insurance subrogation rep.

Solsage: A variety of high-quality, handmade sausages, pierogis and more.

Sosa’s Pupuseria: Fresh made-to-order pupusas and other Honduran food.

Susanna’s Comfort Cuisine: This food truck takes the Italian-based dishes of the downtown restaurant on the road.

Tanoshi San Curry: Japanese style curry

Tito’s Burritos: Self-described Persia-Rican cuisine featuring burritos, rice bowls and more.

Tossed: “Food Truck Tuesdays is one of my favorite aspects of summer,” says Katy Houston. “I’m loving the fresh salads from Tossed, especially the Super Food and Thai Peanut salads.”

Turk N Stuff: A variety of turkey dishes in smoked, Cajun and other styles. Turkey legs are their specialty.

The UNcommons: African and Mexican-inspired menu featuring options like shrimp tacos, a coconut curry and veggie Kuku Wrap, a beef or portobello mushroom BLT Smash Burger and more. Find them regularly at local breweries.

Wheel Coffee: Artisanal, specialty coffee.

Witty Pork’s Woodfired Pizza: Wood-fired pizzas, stromboli and calzones.
