When Vulcan unleashed his wrath to bring doomsday to the old Haven, Fargield can be spotted dancing and celebrating the occasion. He would eventually survive the ordeal.Long ago, Fargield was the one who gave the greedy Sage King the incredible power to turn anything into gold. Blinded by the potential this presented, the amphibian monarch began to embark on a lustrous rampage, turning everything into gold, from his castle, to the farmlands, to even his loyal subjects. The Sage King would end up spending the rest of his days in his gluttonous kingdom, and at the end of his lifetime, the frog himself turned into gold.The kingdom which would come to be known as "Goldtopia" would be a legend that was spread across the land. Many miners who caught word of the legend would venture for it in order to cash in on the aftermath of the reckless Midas Touch. For Fargield, he was watching the entire commotion from afar. The golden corpse of the king, the most prized artifact of them all, would end up in the cat's hands.When Billy the Swag Dealer began dabbling in the forbidden art of blood magic, he was seen as a threat by the gods. This fear was intensified when it became known that Billy had found a way to obtain immortality without the need for a divine power. Knowing enough is enough, the gods sent Fargield to eliminate the threat, which he did-- with one stroke. However, Billy's death would lead to his best friend Aelfrun descending into madness, leading to the corruption of Daegel and his rampage.It was announced that Fargield was created at the same time as Solumn, and his father is Solumn's father, yet they are not brothers. Fargield is only part of a hive mind which oversees the universe-- even in The Void. But in the realm of oblivion, the Fargields instead manifested as gigantic red eyes. Daegel has expressed his annoyance with Fargield's existence, calling it "a waste of atoms".Whenever a Fargield "died", it would only duplicate itself-- thus making this specimen immortal and impossible to eradicate.LocationsFargieldFargield can be found near a bridge fishing in front of the beast cave, as well as on a ridge under the map. Requires Champion Infuser, Rainbow Path Giver, or Jetpack to access. Either one will only give you one reward daily - not both.A third Fargield can be seen in the Shiny Void. This version of the cat is gigantic, muscular, and extremely hostile. It is faster than the player and will instantly kill them upon contact.There were 5 Fargields in the Halloween Event 2020: one on the bridge, one under the map, one in the boat, and two in a grave.QuotesFargield QuotesTriviaThe character is a reference to Garfield. The only difference between their names is the first letter of each syllable is swapped.When claiming a gift, a "Hamburger" sound clip plays. Clicking him after obtaining a gift causes him to say "I hate Tuesdays", referencing Garfield's hatred towards Mondays.Another dialogue option when clicking after obtaining a gift would be "I kid you not, he turned himself into an Iron Mine, he calls himself the Iron Mine Man! Funniest thing I've ever seen." This is a reference to the 2019 resurgence of the "Pickle Rick" meme.The "Iron Mine Man" Fargield is referring to is the "Buff Iron Mine", a currently-deceased minor character and the icon on THE UNDERTAKER.In the April Fools Update, Fargield spawned near the Craftsman, and he also appeared to have a dance animation with a boombox near him (it plays music) and when clicking on him after obtaining your daily reward, he will say: 'The best Tuesday is Doomsday'.The quote where Fargield says that he exists in all dimensions and met a tyrant named Yharim and the fact that he has a dragon is a reference to one of the most well-known Terraria mods, the Calamity Mod, along with one of the bosses included in the mod, Yharon.Even when you're not Second Sacrificed in one of Fargield's quotes he will say you are. This is most likely a developer oversight.The dance Fargield does is the emote Line dance.The only way a Fargield can perish is from a weaponized Void Star, according to OutOfOrderFoxy in a Voice Chat in the Miner's Haven Genesis Discord server.Fargield is a war criminal and is on the hunt by Talon, as seen here.The song played by Fargield under the map is called The Asian Flavor of
